Biography
WOOSTER - William FOUTS, 76, of Wooster, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010 in West View Manor Nursing Home.

He was born December 16, 1933 in Wooster.

He worked as a Carpenter and a union Brick Layer, retired as the building inspector for the City of Wooster He was a former member of the Shreve Lions Club and the Tri-County builders association..

Surviving are his children Michael (Margaret) Fouts of Wooster, Amy Jo Leffard of Huntingdon, PA and Wes (Cindy Sue) Yarnell of St. Petersburg, FL; Step Children: Liz (Jeff) Fulton, Roger (Sue) Mulhall, Duane (Kathy) Mulhall, and Steve (Susan) Mulhall; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson, 9 stepgrandchildren and a brother, Robert Franks of Redlands California.

William was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Melvia S. "Mickey" Hastings Fouts, on July 7, 1984. and his second wife Geneva Martin Fouts on June 6, 2000. A brother Tom Resol and 2 sisters Iva Luke and Ruby DIntino.

Friends will be received at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Thursday evening, April 29, 2010 from 6-8:00 P.M.

Private Family services will be held.
