| Biography |
WOOSTER - Richard D TRACEY, 82, of Wooster, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born March 3, 1928 in Wooster, the son of Delbert "Jim" and Eva Nussbaum Tracey.
He had been the Manager at Commercial Bank for 10 years and had worked at the Wooster Brush Co. for 30 years as the Traffic Manager. He was a member of Parkview Christian Church and had been in the Naval Air Reserves for four years.
Surviving are wife of 61 years, Wanda I Hartsel Tracey, whom he married October 24, 1948; his children Marcia (Roger) Cooper of Mt. Gilead, Holly Casagrande of Powell and Eric (Michele) Tracey of Columbus, grandchildren, Erin (Mathew) Weaston, Cabot Tracey, Jessica Tracey, Nicole (Tad) Imboden, Brittani and Chelsie Casagrande; Kyle, Ethan. Corinne Tracey; brother, LaVerne Tracey of Orrville.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and son Mark his wife Teena.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Parkview Christian Church, 1912 Burbank Road, Wooster on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 11:00 A.M.with The Rev. Dean Hammond officiating. Private family burial will be held.
The family will receive friends following the service.
McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
