STRONGSVILLE - Sylvia E. Crago, 94, formerly of Wooster died Sunday, July 4, 2010 at Falling Water Nursing Home in Strongsville, Ohio where she resided for the past 11 years.
Services will be held Friday, July 9, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Reedsburg Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
She was born August 28, 1915 in Reedsburg to Frank and Amanda Rutt Ensminger. She retired in 1974 from Buehlers after 26 years.
She was a member of Central Christian Church in Wooster and the Business and Professional Womans Organization.
Surviving is a daughter, Kay (Thomas) Harmon of Strongsville, Ohio; a granddaughter Amy (Dan) Novak and three great-grandchildren also of Strongsville.
Her husband, Noel E. Crago, preceded her in death on October 25, 1999. They were married for 60 years. Eight sisters also preceded her in death.
